Merlin!

So... I've decided I don't like American television...
No...
I like English television... And Japanese... But today I'm going to fan-girl over English. ^.^
Merlin.

Hopefully you know at least the basic story... King Aurthur, knights of the round table, sword in the stone stuff. And of corse his trusty sorcerer Merlin.

The BBC show takes a slightly different turn. It's Aurthur and Merlin younger, before Arther becomes king. Uther is king, and he hates and destroys magic... So then we throw in young Merlin who's just learning who he is, and threats to the throne, and Arthur specifically, that only magic can conquer.

^.^ I REALLY love it. In fact I've watched at least one episode every day since SyFy played their little marathon of season one.

The only sad part in all this is that America has only just started season two... In Europe they're done through season 2, and getting ready to film 3... *cry*
